Unified CSI Chain of Custody (CoC) Version 2.5
Certified Seafood International will utilize a proven Chain of Custody Standard previously shared by the Responsible Fisheries Management (RFM) and Iceland Responsible Fisheries (IRF) programs. It has been renamed the Unified CSI Chain of Custody Standard.
Targeted updates to the Chain of Custody Standard have been made by CSI, in collaboration with IRF, to ensure that it is streamlined and fit for purpose for a program of global scope.
Current Unified RFM Chain of Custody client certifications will remain valid through their next scheduled audit, at which time they will transition to the updated Unified CSI Chain of Custody Standard. Clients that previously met the Unified RFM Chain of Custody Standard should be well-positioned to meet the Unified CSI Chain of Custody Standard.
