Sally Roach is a Senior Manager at the ALDI SOUTH Group with over a decade of experience in buying and sustainability. At ALDI, she leads Business Implementation within the International Sustainability Team, driving cross-market initiatives that enhance environmental performance and operational efficiency across 11 countries.
Prior to this role, Sally spent eight years as a Buyer in Fresh Produce, gaining deep expertise in sourcing and supplier engagement at both the national level in the UK and within ALDI’s Global Sourcing department.
A key focus of her current work includes improving the sustainability of ALDI’s fish and seafood supply chains, which includes collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen traceability, promote responsible sourcing practices, and support healthier ocean ecosystems.
